On Firmer Ground

This week and next is more than exciting for the folks on 3rd Street who have not seen a sidewalk in a few weeks. We have already started pouring the first of the concrete sidewalks on 3rd and will work to get the rest in Monday pouring on both 2nd & 3rd Street. Best of all .......TREES are coming as well!

FYI – the good folks at Elliott and Wood and Walker Construction are working on Friday to keep things moving along!

Here is what to expect the rest of this week and next week::

N. 2nd Street Locust to Lincoln -
- pour sidewalks/underlayment
- finish conduit
- pour light bases
- install trees

N. 3rd Street Locust to Lincoln
- pour sidewalk/underlayment
- install trees

Have a great 4th of July and thanks to everyone for the great cooperation!

Finding your way...

For those that have them, using alternate back entrances are a great way to help your customers while the sidewalks are little harder to navigate.
