Things really got rolling yesterday and today in the first block of construction. Fence went up and the sidewalk quickly went out! The realities of construction are here. Alternate entrance signage goes up today as well as the "all businesses are open during construction" signage. Other directionaly signage will be up soon. If you have an alternate entrance, please make sure to clearly mark your alternate doors with signage saying "enter here for ABC Company" so customers know where to find you.
Here is an update for the next week or so on block 1 and block 2.
ELHWY 1st to 2nd
Sidewalk removals 5/19 – 5/21
Pipes and under drain 5/24 – 5/25
Pour light bases 5/26 – 5/28
Begin to pour sidewalk and underlayment for bricks 6/1 – Fence removed
ELHWY 2nd – 3rd
Sidewalk removals 5/26 – 5/28 - Fence to go up
